ScreenFX plc (AIM:SFX), the digital advertising and communications specialist,
announces that, as Vision Media Group (International) plc ("VMG"), the Group has
agreed a ten year commitment with one of the world's leading outdoor advertising
contractors ("the contractor") for the procurement of advertising across VMG's

I dont think that the company was in good condition when Cottman invested, Now D Clarke has gone we have more of a chance.

I don't believe Cottman owns 33% after the recent deals with Trafalgar and the recent takeover.

I haven't see a cap table but he has surely been diluted by at least 50% as a result of these transactions.

My big question though is still what on earth did these clowns do with the £5m they raised just 12 months ago?

cgod, i agree Mr Cottman will want this to succeed to get his investment back, I need 30p to breakeven, so not concerned.

With the way the markets are at the Mo, none of us should invest in shares.
But we do. People still need to eat and dress. If this was not a good bet Cottman would not have got the deals done. lets see, life still has to go on.
Good luck all. Cottman does hold 33% of the shares.

Is media in Theme Parks and Shopping Malls the right place to be in a market where Joe Public is tightening his belt?

Surely less people will be coming through the doors which means it is less of an attraction for anyone to want to pay for screen space for two reasons -

1. They may have less budget to do so because costs are tightened
2. Less of an audience makes it less appealing

Or am I completely missing the point?

I am watching this share but right now someone needs to convince me what fundamentals show the growth and profitability that are needed to boost the share price.

Lets hope so, Cottman needs share price of £1.80 to break even, if he can produce that then he's a genius in disguise.

Theme Park Media will be the main driver for Screen fx this year. 2008 will be a big turn around for the company and M Cottman. one to be in and not on the side lines. IMHO. More news out soon.
