cant see any company selling itself for stock if it did not know the stock it was getting was going to grow. rest assured the managment of both know exactly whats occuring. plus the guy who has the controlling interest here owns 6 million shares, no way is he going to hand that over.. so i guess the acquisition will involve less than 6 million.
