Proved one thing though, any buying and selling and this is very volatile..

Level 2 now 1 v 1... Tiny amount of buying and watch these fly, get in anywhere from 9p-14p you will double your money..

forget the company even.. this as a trading stock s fantastic, the minimum amount of fre stock means any buying(which incidentaly will happen) means big increases in an instant.... trying to get more now, still difficult to trade them.

DOUBLE6, we dont yet know how many shares will be issued, say 10 million valueing the aqcusition at 1 million, leaves 15 mill in issue with 2 thirds being held by the new companies prior owners..

now sfx either know who thy are dealing with well, because that amount equates to a controlling interest.Or its a smaller share consideration.

I suspect it wil be less, and the new stock owner is not going to dump as it will be impossible and why would they want to?

I believe you might be surprised i can see this at 30p in quick time.

Am tempted to buy here, but concerned about the (probably high) number of shares to be issued in due course.

I'm wary that they are going to "pay" way over the top for whatever business they are interested in.

Watching from the sidelines for the moment.

Why is an all stock purchase bad news.the stok will be moving into investors hands that obviously believe sfx can deliver or they would not have taken stock in exchange..

Additionaly, it makes the company bigger and the stock even more tightly hld..

Having real difficulty talking to the company they normally are good at phoning back.
Although I still believe in SFX the timing of an all stock purchase defies all logic IMHO.
Punters have no reason to trust SFX can deliver so will require further proof or some leaps based on chances of profit.

6.6 million shares in issue and good news on the way, try getting any of these in quantity, its difficult.. once the buying starts which it will 200k of buys will take us up 100%..

you want to make some money, buy SFx..IMHO.

Convertible loan confirmed


Following the announcement of 17 October 2007, ScreenFX plc (AIM:SFX), the
digital advertising and communications specialist, announces that the
convertible loan facility ("loan") agreed with Trafalgar Capital Specialised
Investment Fund ("Trafalgar Capital") has been increased in size from #330,000
to #525,000. Of this #525,000, #300,000 is being committed immediately and a
further #225,000 is to be committed on or before 30 November 2007.

In accordance with the terms of the loan, warrants of the value of #30,000
exercisable at a warrant exercisable price of 0.025 pence, will be provided to
Trafalgar Capital.

not unless they thought the stock had excellent potential, things that are going to be excellent for us share holders are happening here..

The consolidation gives the share price a more realistic feel, but more importantly 6 million shares means,, whoosh on next to no volum.

8trader either i dont explain myself properly or you read incorrectly..

soon as these take off try getting any 6 mllion in issue, new aquisition on the way, will double rapidly.
