Gravy alot of the debt is attributed to the start up costs ie building the infrastructure.

dvsfm,

good point.........seems the negative folk have lost the ability to look at facts and reason it thru accordingly.

for this small mkt cap...........a 2mill sale wipes out a lot of outstanding debt and makes it a very attractive proposition?

could be gravely wrong.........DYOR and all that...

Are we forgetting that they are selling part of their business *trainfx" for £2 million, should this be added straight to the current mkt cap of 0.9 million i.e triple it ????

Just dipped my toe in.

After recent fundraising, no reason why share price should not be back at 0.25p IMHO.

k123,

seriously though, it seems the companies do exactly the same thing!!! why struggle when they can combine forces and clean up.........then a bigger player may well swoop for the newly formed company?

any of you guys in ASG? would not a merger of the two (or one takes out the other)be an obvious fit.....then they could sack any remaining ineffecient sales staff and retain the good ones?
