Transaction in own shares and total voting rights
SCISYS PLC confirms that on 13 January 2017 the Company purchased 50,000 ordinary shares at a price of 110.33 pence per share. The shares the subject of this transaction will be held in treasury by the Company.
As a result of the above, as at 16 January 2017, the issued share capital of the Company is 29,086,075 ordinary shares of 25 pence each of which 62,731 are held in Treasury. The total number of voting rights in the Company, excluding Treasury shares will therefore be 29,023,344 (the 'Figure').
The Figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
