Delay in Publication of 2022/23 Annual Report and temporary suspension until Publication is announced.

The Company announces that there will be a delay in the Publication of the Company's Audited financial results for the year ended 30th June 2023 ("Annual Report").

The delay is occasioned at the request of the Company in order to reflect the additional time needed to complete its Audit given additional information that has just been received regarding a financial facility and new share issuance of 10% (ten percent) which will now form a new and significant part of a revised Working Capital Report and Forecast which will now need to be submitted to the Company's Accountants and Auditor, thereby causing a delay in fulfilling all Audit requirements and requests as a result of this new material event.

Accordingly, the Company has requested and received a temporary suspension of the listing of shares with effect from 4.00pm on the 1st November 2023.
