Small buy just gone through - I hold 20k myself - am tempted to top up - with a market cap of 700k would have thought when any "deals" come through the only way is going to be up (DYOR)

Shares in Roshni , the cash shell chaired by the Scoot.com founder Nigel Robertson, ticked up 2p to 26.5p after one investor bought 140,000 shares. Gossips reckon its first acquisition is imminent: the company is said to be buying a Midlands-based telecoms company whose technology is vital to allow fixed-line to mobile calls. Roshni is said to be looking to raise £2m as working capital for the venture, with a placing priced between 37p and 40p.

I remember scoot in the early days when it was called blagg it just went up and up and up

a placing at 37-40p, shuld be 20% gain min on these, to get a placing away price would have to be over that,so we may see 50% from here?
