| (a company incorporated in Iceland) and subsequently transferred the | 
| beneficial ownership to such shares to its subsidiary Horn           | 
| Fjarfesingarfelag ehf.  The shares were registered in the name of    | 
| the nominee Vidacos Nominees Limited prior to such transfers and     | 
| should remain registered in the name of that nominee therefore the   | 
| number of shares registered in the name of Vidacos Nominees Limited  | 
| will not change as a result of this transaction but beneficial       | 
| ownership has changed.                                               |
