Annual Report and Accounts and Notice of Annual General Meeting
Rockrose Energy Plc ("Company") announces that its Annual General Meeting will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Thursday 29 June 2017 at the offices of Cooley (UK) LLP, Dashwood, 69 Old Broad Street, London EC2M 1QS.
In connection with this, the following documents have been posted to shareholders today:
-- Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2016 ("Annual Report");
-- Notice of Annual General Meeting; and
-- Proxy Form.
A copy of these documents have been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will be available for inspection at http://www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM.
