Notice of 2016 AGM

Revolution Bars Group plc released its preliminary announcement of annual results for the year ended 30 June 2016 ("Annual Results Announcement") on 4 October 2016. Further to the Annual Results Announcement, the Company confirms that the 2016 Annual Report and Accounts ("Annual Report"), Notice of Annual General Meeting 2016 ("Notice of AGM") and Annual General Meeting Form of Proxy 2016 ("Form of Proxy") have been published and were sent to shareholders on Friday 28 October 2016.

The annual general meeting will take place on Thursday 1 December 2016 at Revolucion de Cuba, 138 - 141 Friar Street, Reading, RG1 1EX and will start at 1100 a.m. In compliance with DTR 6.3.5 (3) the following documents can be downloaded in pdf format from the Company's website at www.revolutionbarsgroup.com:

   --      Annual Report for the year ended 30 June 2016; and 
   --      Notice of AGM. 

In accordance with LR 9.6.1 and LR 9.6.3, copies of the above documents will also be submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection.
