CORRECTION: Issue of share options

The following replaces the "Issue of share options" announcement 4284O released at 17:02 on 4 November 2016. The correction relates to the "Total Number of Ordinary Shares under Option" and "% of issued share capital represented by Options now held". All other information remains unchanged.

Revolution Bars Group plc, announces that options over 635,000 ordinary shares of 0.001p each in the Company(ISIN: GB00BVDPPV41) ("Ordinary Shares") were granted pursuant to the Company's Performance Share Plan ("PSP") and Company Share Option Plan (together, the "Options") on 2 November to a Director and senior personnel of Revolution Bars Group, as follows:

The Options granted to Chris Chambers comprise Options over 393,241 Ordinary Shares granted under the PSP and Options over 16,759 Ordinary Shares granted under the CSOP. All of the Options granted to the other persons discharging managerial responsibilities were granted pursuant to the PSP.

The PSP Options will vest in three tranches between 19 March 2018 and 31 July 2020, subject to certain performance conditions.

The CSOP Options may be exercised between 2 November 2019 and 31 July 2020, subject to certain performance conditions, at an exercise price of 179p per Ordinary Share.

Following the new grant of options and assuming all vesting criteria are met, the fully diluted number of Ordinary Shares would be 52,650,000, of which the total number of Ordinary Shares over which options currently issued and outstanding represent 5%.
