Resaca (AIM:RSOX), the oil and natural gas production, exploitation, and development company focused on the Permian Basin in the USA, announces that it was informed on 11 April 2013 that Eagle Eye Holdings Inc. acquired 872,000 shares in the capital of the Company ("Shares") in multiple trades since 5 April 2013. Eagle Eye Holdings Inc. aggregate holding in the Company is now 1,342,800 Shares representing 6.45% of the total voting rights in the Company.
