Update on approach for business and assets

Further to the announcement on 9 October 2015 titled "Approach for business and assets" the Company announces that it remains in discussions with the potential buyer with a view to agreeing the terms of an offer for its trading subsidiaries, representing the business, assets and undertakings of REG ("the Assets"). The Board anticipate receipt of a formal offer following conclusion of the buyer's due diligence into the Assets, which is nearing completion. A further announcement will be made in due course.

Publication of REG's annual results will accompany the circular convening a General Meeting at the point Shareholders are asked to consider the proposals. Otherwise they will be released in due course in accordance with REG's obligations under the AIM Rules for Companies.
