Appointment of a Guernsey based administrator 
In a circular posted to the Company's shareholders on 30 September 2009, the 
Company referred to a requirement under Guernsey law and investment fund 
regulation to appoint a Guernsey based administrator. 
 
 
Pending formal shareholder approval of, amongst other things, the Company 
ceasing to operate as a fund and migrating to Jersey (the "Proposals") and 
pending such Proposals becoming effective (as referred to in the circular), in 
order to comply with the Authorised Closed Ended Investment Scheme Rules 2008 
the Company announces it has today appointed RMB Investment Services Limited as 
its administrator and Company Secretary. 
 
 
RMB Investment Services Limited is a Guernsey affiliate of the existing Company 
Secretary (JG Secretaries Limited) which is licensed, under the Protection of 
Investors (Bailiwick of Guernsey) Law 1987 as amended, to provide administration 
as well as company secretarial services. 
 
 
JG Secretaries Limited will resign its position upon RMB Investment Services 
Limited's appointment. The Company's registered office will not change.
