However, the Directors reserve the right, but are not required, to make dividend distributions to Shareholders p 35: the Directors are required to convene an extraordinary general meeting of the Company in January 2015 in order to propose an ordinary resolution that the Company continue its business as a closed ended investment company . Thereafter, the Directors are required to convene an EGM to propose a further Continuation Resolution on or before the third anniversary of the date on which the previous Continuation Resolution was passed |
