The Company announces that on 3 January 2017 Neil O'Brien, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, acquired 625,000 ordinary shares of EUR0.01 each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") following his participation in the Placing announced by the Company on 8 December 2016, at a price of 8.0 pence per Ordinary Share (the "Transaction").

Following the Transaction, Mr O'Brien is interested in a total of 625,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.10 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
