|From the convertible loan RNS "The noteholders shall have the right to convert the Convertible Loan into shares of REM on the earlier of: (i) the 12 month anniversary of the date the Convertible Note is issued to the noteholders; and (ii) the achievement by REM of certain performance measures, including the volume weighted average price of REM shares being above the 0.65 pence for 90 consecutive days or relating to potential future investments."This means the note holders cannot convert the loan into shares at the current price and have to wait a year to do so. In any event more shares will eventually be issued. The question is when will the shareholders see some growth or a divi?|
|@£14 million left to convert.|
|How's R.E.M. off for cash, price action looks a little sus?(Not scaremongering, just interested).|
|REM's investments are becoming more and more valuable by the day. Eventually the share price will respond positively.|
|Another 500,000 added and more good news follows!|
|Every time we get one of these technical RNS updates, the share price rarely reacts.
Holding a small amount here purely because they supposedly have a supply contract with Tesla, although we've not not seen the word Tesla in an REM news release since the original announcement of 28 August 2015 which was over a year ago.
"On the condition that, over the next two years, the Sonora Lithium Project reaches certain performance milestones and successfully passes product specification qualifications, Tesla - or its authorised purchasers - will buy lithium hydroxide to feed the manufacturing of batteries at Tesla's Gigafactory in Nevada."
Should we not be updated with the progress of these milestones, so that we know how likely it is that this will go ahead? We are over halfway now in that 2 year period and have heard nothing. I am assuming the supply agreement is still in place?|
|Buying anything DL even remotely related is like buying financial suicide pill.|
|Ha ha ha!!! Total collapse!!! Where are light blow outs?!!! Haa ha ha!!! Soon 0.3 and even sooner going to 0. Ha ha ha!!! Total rubbish!!! Prepare bin bags!!! More bin bags are better - faster cleanup of this AIM waste.|
|Very tempted to buy some more.....maybe this afternoon.|
|Are they actually selling any of the stuff ??|
|Always look on the bright side of life ,tra la,tra la ,tra la.Agree with you, nothing but positive RNSs,something good gotta happen sooner or later,or why else are we here.|
|sanilav: Think 10p easy: BCN very good prospects EMH will have huge prospects.|
|Further to my post number 28670.
Savannah Resources (SAV)
REM should buy into this company as the Lithium project in Finland is outstanding.
Somero project in Finland has a prospective pegmatites upto 1200m long and 50m wide with initial rockchip assay of 4% lithium oxide ( 'Li(2)0' )
Erajani project in Finland has a prospective pegmaities upto 800m long and 30m wide with initial rockchip assay of 1.29% Lithium oxide ( 'Li(2) 0' )
REM get buying into SAV. LOL!|
|Whatever it is your taking ,I will have some of that|
|More great news over on EMH.
Bring on 10p for REM in 2018/2019
Well worth the wait.|
|Is .70 first resistance point ?|
|Nice intra day rebound|
|rwauu: there is some light at the end of the tunnel although you it's hard to see at the moment. What would you do in REM's position? They helped BCN get to where they are today and they have to continue to support BCN as they have such a large stake directly and in the JV. They also can't sit on their hands waiting for BCN to lay a golden egg so they raise funds to invest elsewhere. Yes, the administrative costs will be a huge cash burn and yes they have to issue more shares because that is all they can do as there is no income. Suggest you forget about them for a couple of years as nothing is likely to change in the near future IMO|
|REM as an investment vehicle should buy a stake in SAV as they also have Lithium interest in Finland.
SAV is a great mining co.
Lets see if REM are wise to invest in SAV ( Savannah Resources )|
|It seems to me every six months or so there is a huge dilution of an incedible REM shares with the only people making money out of it are the BOD of REM and the Fess made by the bankers while the Private Investors are making nothing just staying in wait and see mode while others are getting rich.|
|Looks like REM has found support at 0.6p again. I'm a thundering down on the Buy button too.
Hope it helps.|
|Not sure what morbidly obese is boasting about. Lithium miners??? Neither EMH nor BCN are miners at this stage. In facts things are so bad, that these companies don't even get any support from big companies. Some obscure REM has to go in debt just to prop up the prices of these two companies. How is that an investment??? How the hell REM will pay back 5% interest??? Oh, more placement ahoys.... Simple. This company is a sell. Thanks for longtermers, pumpers and dumpers, etc we are where we are. Now the money is gone and no jam. LGO route. RIP REM....|
