45p isn't it from last guidance taking into account payment? There's nothing to suggest in the final results anything bad has or is likely to happen so 45p seems pretty conservative.

Indeed by all accounts it may have risen since the start of the year.

Rapid Realisations Fund Limited (the "Company")

Return of Capital

Following a board meeting of the Company held earlier today, the Board have resolved to return to Shareholders 5p per Share by way of a bonus issue of B Shares to Shareholders on the Company's register on the record date of 11th February 2011. The Company's Shares will have an ex-date of 9th February 2011.

Following their issue the B Shares will be immediately redeemed by the Company on a pro rata basis. The redemptions will have a settlement date of 16th February 2011.

In fact it cant even be that, its total cod, its clear hoveites 56p is right, infact its probably higher since that nav he basis it on was from a while ago. I have no experience of trustnet but its not good if they cant even get simple facts right, isn't it? yea get me.

Hi hoveit, sorry for delay in responding, I got the NAV figure from Trustnet I can't gaurantee accuracy of course, you may be right.

How did you arrive at your figure of 46.5p assets remaining?

It looks like they have around 54.09p of assets remaining to me.

As of 30 Sep they had an NAV of 70.09p per share.

Since then they have returned 11p and 5p, and taking this off the 30 Sep figure leaves 54.09p.

What am I missing?

AS I see it there are 46.5p of assets available for 40p it seem's like a reasonable way of gaining 10-15%. The underlying however look quite interesting and wouldnt surprise me if a little more than that were available at some point.

I'm no expert and up to date info on these seems hard to find.

This holdings list I think is a little out of date and should be cross checked with the RNS

Finally got my payout from Share Centre today. Initially after being told I wasn't a holder on the required day and told it was the registrars fault. I hadn't had time to follow this up but the money miraculously appeared in my account today!

Good luck to those receving another payout. I am no longer a holder though.
