The business model was good, clearly BSkyB still thinks so,but the money ran out. They lacked critical mass which they may now achieve with all the add ons.
I can well understand the negativity as many of us lost a lot of money on this
one,but given the amounts all the directors are in for and the low remuneration being taken,it's an out and out gamble, but which over the next 12 months could
recoup much of the losses.Interesting article on DAB in Sunday's Telegraph. If this finally does come good now,it'll be the matchmaker they were hoping for.

Don't touch it. There is nothing in Effugio, it has no trading history, and Keith Harris's track record is abysmal. Throwing good money away.

The Mongster - haven't a clue.Robert Ellis is supposed to be returning from Hong Kong today and he said he would contact nominee holders. The way my other
shares are going at the moment,I'm somewhat concerned to commit new money.I am
also a ittle concerned about one or two of the directors/proposed directors past financial history, reading the prospectus.

If I find anything out I'll let you know, and hopefully vice versa ? The lack of
news anywhere is both intriguing and disturbing.

Won't the the market decide the opening price, which may not necessarily be 3P ?I am in an almost identical position to yourself, and whilst the thought of averaging down is attractive, are we throwing away good money after bad ? What I do know is that directors are quite heavily into this, and are supporting the issue with a lengthy lock in period,so that gives me some confidence.I remember seeing a broker's circular saying that they had to get to critical mass before they could become a possible takeover possibility, and I would imagine that's what this is all about. To aid the relisting,I would think they will announce some new partnerships with high profile clubs, and of course the new board members will bring in mobile telephony contracts which should be lucrative.

Reading the prospectus,I think what gives it away is the bit under regulatory changes which could easily be interpreted as saying 'we don't expect to be independent for too long because this is a game is for bigger players '.The proposed new share structure is particularly illuminating. The dividing line between the sports and media businesses is diminishing all the time, so IF this enlarged group is successful, this could turn out to be a good bet as successful
radio networks, even today, command good premiums if I read the financial press
correctly.I also read very recently that the Yanks want to push their version of football in Europe,so why not come on the RAD board !

I hope more people will add to this thread because I confess I'm undecided and very much aware that these days it is so easy to increase your interest in the
90% + club.Still there are a lot of plus points.

I bot 5/- at £1.28 and now look a complete turkey. The way i look at it is if i take up my 20/- i can bring my weighted average price down to 28p.
Another question to ask is what price are they going to be re-listed at?

RAD was recently tipped as worth a highly speculative punt.
Does anyone know about this company and whether there is any mileage in it?
