Appointment of Non Executive Director

The Company is pleased to announce the appointment today of Glen Lewy (aged 63) as a Non Executive Director.

Glen has over 25 years' experience as an adviser in corporate law and investment banking. Since 2000, Glen has served as a Senior Managing Partner of Hudson Ventures Partners ("Hudson"), a technology-focused venture capital fund based in New York. Prior to joining Hudson, Glen was a senior partner and member of the Management Committee of Wolfensohn & Co., when it was acquired by Bankers Trust Company in 1996. Following this acquisition, he served as a member of the Management Committee of Bankers Trust Company. Prior to joining Wolfensohn & Co., Glen was a law partner, specialising in mergers and acquisitions, at the New York law firm of Debevoise & Plimpton LLP.

Following this appointment, the Board will consist of seven members: Christopher Kemball (Non Executive Chairman), Andrew Adams (Chief Executive), Simon Woolton (Chief Financial Officer), Ian McLean, Peter Norris, David Fitzsimons and Glen Lewy. Glen will join both the Remuneration and Nomination Committees.
