Board Change 
 
In the Chairman's statement accompanying the interim results 
announced on 4 February, it was highlighted that a  review of 
Quadnetics' strategy and objectives was being undertaken. As part of 
that process it has now been identified that the Group Technical and 
Business Development Director role is to be made redundant and 
incorporated into other roles within a revised structure. Therefore 
Quadnetics announces that Glenn Robinson will be made redundant on 
16th March 2009 and has resigned as a Director of the Company with 
immediate effect. 
 
David Coghlan, Chairman of Quadnetics, said "In the twelve years 
Glenn has been with us he has been an important driver of development 
and change and has made a significant contribution to the Group.  On 
behalf of the Board I would like to thank Glenn for his considerable 
efforts and wish him every success for his future career."
