Director Shareholding

The Company was notified on 25th July 2011 that on the same day, the Trustee of the Company's HMRC Approved Employee Share Acquisition Plan ("ESAP") purchased, on behalf of ESAP participants, 116 ordinary shares of 20p pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), at a price of GBP2.00 per Ordinary Share as part of the reinvestment of the Company's final dividend.
