This is such a quiet thread.
Really don't understand why out of my whole portfolio this one is the one with the most underperforming share price over the last 2-3 weeks. After the results and the mood of optimism surrounding them I am shocked that the share price has stayed glued to the floor.
This is a real sleeper. Expectation of good results sent the share price rising steadily for a month or so at the beginning of the year (after I had bought them) so it was good at first. Better than expected results have seen little or no upward movement.
I have seen RCG GNG TAN APN and most others of my holdings soar in the last few months but this one stubbornly refuses to really budge. Guess it needs to be noticed by the MMs.
Has anyone any better ideas as to why it has stuck lately?

Not sure they're that comparable. IND is more a pure play on the technology whereas 70% of QDG is the more staid services business - hard to tell how much it's growing since they didn't split out an organic growth number in the interims. Hence EPS forecast growth to be flat here next year (partly due to tax) whereas IND should double.

Certainly looks as though that sale earlier in the week was just a blip.

The shares look an utter bargain compared to IndigoVision (which I also hold and am pleased to see touch £10 this afternoon !!).

QDG should really be nearer 500p than where they languish at the moment. Pretty sure we will get there before too long.

The sudden fall was due to just over a million quid's worth of shares knocked out at half past three today. It could be a buying opportunity after such a strong statement last week if it was only knocked down because of its limited liquidity.

Or it could be insider dealing, and we'll be the last to know !

Solid results and more to come. Never attracted a lot of attention from the press and BBs, maybe that will change with these results.

This is by far my smallest holding. I am delighted at the share price but am frustrated that it is always my small holdings that do very well and my large holding that are buckets of the perverbial!!!!!!

Full page write-up on page 17 of Shares magazine today. Summary comment:"After years of promising to deliver but only half succeeding, lift-off is finally happening as the current year results should testify. Growth prospects are exciting under new management and the shares have plenty to go if full potential is reached." EPS of 29p expected for year to May and maybe 35p next year, it suggests.

You've got to think there's more to todays rise than upcoming results.

Yes that is pretty solid conjecture - the pattern of buying suggests some wonderful results on the way.
If that is the case then it could go a very long way even be another Renesola. I might go back in and top up as I have just sold some other shares.

The rise has been on very little volume which leads me to suspect that someone is accumulating. Results expected soon, do not have an exact date.

The share price here has certainly beaten my expectations. When I bought at 225p in the summer, I thought they were well undervalued, but didn't expect this sort of rise so quickly. A very pleasent surprise!

Doctor - as we are in 2007 either Orwell wrote a little known sequel called 1986 or he was 23 years early!

As the Yanks might say 'you can't do the math'
