Result of Extraordinary General Meeting and Delisting
Qannas (AIM:QIL), the closed-ended investment company listed on the AIM market, announces that at the extraordinary general meeting of its shareholders held today, all resolutions proposed were duly passed.
Consequentially, the proposed Cancellation of admission to trading on AIM has been approved. The last day of dealings in the Company's Ordinary Shares on AIM will be 30 December 2019 and the Cancellation will become effective at 7 a.m. (UK time) on 31 December 2019, subject to the dealing notice, as detailed in the AIM Rules for Companies, being issued by the exchange.
