PAC was notified on 11 December 2015 that Conor Martin, a retail shareholder, holds 6,012,602 ordinary shares of EUR0.50 each in the capital of the Company, representing 26.51%* of the total issued ordinary share capital of the Company. On the 11 December 2015, PAC was also notified that Mr Anthony Gill has disposed of his entire holdings of 4,781,300 shares of EUR0.50 each in the capital of the Company, representing 21.08% of the total issued ordinary share capital of the Company and now holds zero Ordinary Shares in the Company.
