Polo Resources Limited (AIM: POL), the multi-sector investment company with interests in oil, gold, coal, copper, phosphate, iron and vanadium, notes that trading in the shares of its investee company, Blackham Resources Limited ("Blackham") (ASX: BLK) has been suspended and the press comment that Blackham is undertaking a fundraising.

The Company will continue to monitor the situation and will update the market in due course.
