|inside2: When PTC get a Tribunal ryd3r2, the share price will be at least 1.5p and all these dimwits will disappear.|
|niggle: This share must hold some sort of record as a still trading company with the biggest ever collapse in share price from 412p to .05p or 99.98...%|
|inside2: But Tarvold, there is nothing to suggest Darren Ridge held any of the loan notes until the recent RNS and as he left the company well before the loan notes were first issued and all the other note holders have been declared would it not be right to assume that this is a recent transaction. If that's the case why would a very successful business man suddenly decide to become the owner of another 60 million shares?
Don't tell me, Tarvold, let me guess! Could it be to make some money? And just how can he do that, smarty pants, without selling his holding? So he must be expecting the share price to go north at some point and given his business acquirement I would suggest he is pretty certain it will.|
|inside2: Cheers valentine. Check out this link to the site'
Well done Joe and Leo looks like some value added to help support the share price.
Looks like a nice little earner to me. My last spects cost me an arm and a leg but not the next pair.
|jaknife: Sadly PNC Telecom's balance sheet is insolvent, as at 31 March 2007 the company owed £207k more than it had in assets, see:
If the VAT isn't recovered then PNC Telecome will be underwater to the tune of £1.4m but even if it is recovered then PNC Telecom will still have negative net worth of minus £207k.
That's why the share price is slowly descending to zero, and that's why people investing in this piece of junk will lose every single last penny.|
Take a look at Alltrue Investments PLC (ATR):
It's another Leo Kifton vehicle and until January time was a cash shell, it then completed a dubious RTO and has seen its share price plummet.
If PTC completed an RTO then personally I'd expect the same (if not worse) as happened with ATR.
|rodspotty: Its a while back now when JakNife first pointed out on this thread that there were nearly 1 billion loans note out there in PTC, which could be converted to shares at 0.1p each anytime up till 2012, I believe. As I was sitting on a tidy profit at the time I decided to sell out, to which I am grateful as the share price has collapsed close to where he predicted 0.2p!!!!!
This company may still go bust, however if and its a big IF??? Joe Case, who I believe is a honorable man, can recoup, thru the courts monies that is owed from former Directors, plus the approximate #1.4m vat back from the Customs and Excise, then PTC has a fighting chance of making a comeback.
Fully diluted including loan notes, there is circa 1.15 billion shares in issue. Potentially if you add up the converted loan notes (circa 900m x 0.1p = #0.9m), the vat (circa #1.4m) and the monies owed by ex-directors (say #1.0m), they could have cash of #3.3m. With a closing mid-price of 0.3p on Friday, this equates to an aprroximate market cap of $3.45m.
So IMO not quite dead in the water yet.DYOR
|2trying: - ok i've shares in three Leo companies....all have been newsless and virually motionless for ages . But suddenly.....
ATR yesterday issues options , above the current share price
CLY has various rumours of an rto
PTC share price jumps
- also COMS raises £685,000....so obviously somethings happening .
- now surely Leo cannot afford to have one of his babies go under simultaneously - his ( and Alpesh Patels ) credibility suffer . Rto easy enough - ATR owns a stockbrokers
- now , i'm no accountant ( surprise ) but does PTC have any juicy assets eg carry forward tax losses - huge paper loss on sim4 - goodwill write down on government actions etc which would come in handy?
- please note - not ramping ( rambling on certainly )|
The definition of "ramping", is: posting inaccurate false comments aimed at pushing a share price up.
Conversely "deramping", is: posting inaccurate false comments aimed at pushing a share price down.
I am very confident that my comments have been perfectly accurate and true, (what's more the share price has plummeted as I said that it would).
If you believe that I've posted "inaccurate false comments" then please specify exactly where those comments are. Otherwise I will assume that you are not referring to me.
|responsible lad: I never even read that news before I bought in. The news double confirms that I did the right thing today. If I had more money or could take more risk I would buy another lot. I will be spending cash on advertising these, after the market has closed to help the PTC share price recover.|
