Well , Caplay (CLY ) which I hold , sorry held , just got cancelled .

£2,500 approx down the proverbial .

So LK is not my fave person at the moment .

I'll forgive him if this rockets to compensate , after all , you
don't change a company name which I assume costs money ,
if you' re about to let that crumble as well , surely ?

The Board announces that it is posting to Shareholders a Notice of AGM, and a

Street, London EC1V 9EE at which a special resolution will be proposed to
change the name of the Company. It is proposed that the name of the Company be
changed to 'Tricor Plc' as its main activity is not solely in the telecoms
sector.

I'm just very surprised the auditors didn't qualify the accounts.
Negative assets even if they recover the VAT, a business (lol!) that doesn't cover it's operating costs and next no cash in the bank.
All I can assume is that the directors have given the auditors assurance that they will continue to provide financial support to the company.

What PTC do anyone can do through Ebay and a wholesale electrical contact.
Why on earth would anyone invest in such a basket case?
