CSILONDON; have mailed him but don't expect an answer. Having re-read the AIM cancellation RNS it states words to the effect the PLW don't envisage continuing to seek to find a suitable transaction for Playwize following de-listing from AIM (game over).

I think I will arrange to sell my shares for £1 (papaer based only) or to use the RNS's as effective evidence the shares are of nil value, to eanble me to offset the losses against other gains; at least I sort of get 28% back.

All the best for 2011.

Aplogies for any misunderstanding; it was simply me hypothesising that now would be a good time to use PLW as a shell with all its tax losses to reverse a gold start up into it (a bit like Medavinci are doing with Oregan Gold).

Personally wish I'd sold my shares prior to the delisting to crystallise CGT losses , but if they have no intention of trading then maybe HMRC will take a view on any loss declaration?

I tried to report Jez and Foo's extra Business activites asking if their conduct was correct and eithical to PLW shareholders

I got NO response at all, The Brokers did not care

I have sent Emails to the Brokers who backed the company demanding a response from the manager reponsible for PLW,

No repsonse and not even an email to say they got the email

I advise you to do the same, I am interested in any response anyone gets on this subject. I feel PLW holders have been shafted good and proper while Foo and Co run another company right under our noses

cgt writes offs are not possible as PLW as HMRC sees it as Unquoted, so no CGT claims can be made. also it doesn't benefit me as i dont expect to make over 8k this year on that. also i have posted something i found, perhaps others can take a look at it, is it the same Foo Katan?

i think the other parties are a hedge fund based in london, not least like the ones that PLW owe money to. in fact i think there on the next street, i may be wrong though. does anyone believe there is a case for the financial ombudsman?

Origin 8 was also set up on the 14/07/2008 whilst play wise was suspended on the 14/07/2008. it may be vice versa.

this is all my opinion and have used the internet as my sole resource, i could offcourse be wrong.

Both Jez and Foo have set up this company WHILE Foo is working for PLW to try and find a suitable company a PLW to reverse into.

So Far we had a miss understanding that PLW had failed to find a suitable company, But the 19th of May is the deadline for this reserse to happen.

Presently we are with holding judgement

i received no update at all (besides what Ive heard from the Chairman, he stated that he has no idea what Foo Katan and Mr San are doing), if PLW does go under maybe someone can setup a website so disgruntled investors can post (perhaps this total may be of a significant %)

it may look slightly suspicious that the new company was set up the same week that PLW was suspended.

surely there would be a lot of PI investors with many questions, SVS, td waterhouse, barclays etc

Till anything actually happens we surely must keep faith in the current PLW board and chairman as there own experiences far outweigh mine in regards to this business.

Has anyone asked PLW investers "Hoodless" Why FOO and Jez failed to find a company to reverse into PLW especially when those guys appear to be running such a company !!! Also strange that Jezz's 3D poker site is doing so well when PLW fell flat on its face. Maybe this relationship they have has something to do with it. I find it very strange

Someone lost everthing here csi maybe you should follow this up, It seems wrong to me

Call Hoodless and ask them

TrentEndBoy LOL LOL; yes on the face of it his PLW investment lost money, BUT look at the larger picture mate he would have lost nothing just gained.

One simple question for yourselve is, How will you use your PLW loss, what gains do you have that can be used against such losses, Jez has plenty of gains to worry about, PLW collapse prob happened just in time. Next thing now suddenly you got another company owning a good 30% if not more. What have you got out of PLW's failure to find a suitable company to reverse into ?

So they took those games off the PLW Book for no reason except to so called cut costs, only to steel what was PLW software, how do they get away with it.

Jez San somehow its interesting to see this name working with Foo. Makes you wonder how Business is done How come this company is nothing to do with PLW, I thought it was Foo's job to find an alternative. I guess Jez and Foo make the ideal team;

I wonder when they will bring this company to the AIM
