PMCI is pleased to announce the following recent non-executive director
appointments to the Board of the Company. Brief biographical details of the
appointments are provided below.



Mr Sandeep Ramdas Kamat



Mr Kamat (aged 44) recently joined SUN Group as Managing Director after 16 years
with GE Capital in London and Stamford, CT. At GE, he held positions of
increasing responsibility in corporate finance and project finance: most
recently, he was head of Leveraged Finance in Europe (2003-2006). In this role,
he led a business with a staff of 160 across 4 offices, with a portfolio of $4B,
annual lending volume of $7B, and net income of $125MM. Previously, he was Head
of Structured Finance in Europe (2002-2003), and Head of European Telecom
(1998-2002). He was also a senior member of the European management committee
and credit committee for the Corporate Finance business. Mr Kamat has an MBA
from Wharton and an MS in Electrical Engineering from Virginia Tech.

Mr Vaidyanathan Sivakumar

Mr Sivakumar (aged 44) heads SUN Group's New Delhi office. In this role, he
oversees SUN's investment activities across all businesses in India. Previously,
Mr Sivakumar worked in SUN's Moscow office for five years as Head of Research &
Investments for SUN Capital Partners, a US$155 million private equity fund
investing in Russia and the FSU.

Prior to SUN, Mr Sivakumar spent several years in equity and credit research in
public markets with Crosby Securities, Peregrine Capital and CRISIL where his
roles ranged from Analyst to Head of Research. Sivakumar holds engineering and
management degrees from the Indian Institute of Technology and Indian Institute
of Management, Ahmedabad respectively.

Mr Sheldon Dewitt Kirkpatrick II

Mr Kirkpatrick (aged 43) is a Senior Vice President of SUN Group with oversight
of SUN's private equity investments in the mining sector in India, Russia,
Central Asia and other countries of interest. He leads a team of experienced
professionals to assess, acquire and manage mining properties. Mr Kirkpatrick
has been employed with SUN for over 12 years, and prior to that, he was employed
as an attache at the US Embassy in Moscow.

Mr Kirkpatrick holds a diploma of Jurisprudence from the University of
California, Berkeley, and completed the Senior Executives Programme at Anderson
Business School of the University of California, Los Angeles.
