Posted at 19/1/2010 16:17 by skip10 I have had a letter from my broker (Hargreaves L.) saying I have either got to tender my shares for 12p before 1st Feb or do nothing and be stuck with them, possibly weeping until Doomsday, if PIXL leaves AIM.The meeting is on the 4th of Feb. So I may sell my shares and then the motion be defeated anyway? There appears no mechanism whereby I can wait and see whether I need to sell them back now or not? I would hold them if the motion was defeated and sell them if it was carried. Can any knowledgeable people out there educate me on the whys and wherefores of this? I suppose I could always buy them back again if the motion were defeated, but it would be interesting and annoying if the kerfuffle pushed the share price up. Many thanks! Skip10 |

Posted at 29/9/2008 07:19 by qs9 nice new opening, stealing a march on many others IMO. Adds to the attractiveness of PIXL.... |
