Posting of Annual Report & Notice of AGM

The People's Operator (AIM: TPOP), the cause-based commercial mobile virtual network operator ("MVNO"), confirms that the Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2016 ("2016 Annual Report and Accounts"), the Notice of the Annual General Meeting ("AGM") and a Form of Proxy have been posted to shareholders.

The AGM is to be held at 11.00 a.m. on 19 July 2017 at the offices of the Company at Unit 53, The Chocolate Studio, 7 Shepherdess Place, London N1 7LJ.
