ADDleisure Plc, the AIM traded company formed to develop products and services 
in the health and wellness sector, announces that following the passing of a 
resolution at a General Meeting of Westside Acquisitions Plc held earlier today, 
it was informed that Pantheon Leisure Plc is now interested in 22,540,000 
ordinary shares of 0.5p each representing 10.7% of the issued share capital of 
ADDleisure. Pantheon Leisure Plc also holds 2,820,000 warrants to subscribe for 
2,820,000 new ordinary shares of 0.5p each in ADDleisure. 
 
 
Westside Acquisitions Plc no longer has an interest in the ordinary shares or 
warrants of ADDleisure.
