                       Elms Sports in Schools Ltd Update


Pantheon Leisure plc, an AIM quoted company formed to acquire businesses in the
leisure sector, is pleased to provide an update on current trading at its
subsidiary, Elms Sport in Schools Ltd, which is proving increasingly popular
with around 80 primary schools and over 5,000 children participating each week
in its sports programme for schools, up from circa 20 and 1,500 respectively 12
months ago.  Preparations are underway for national coverage within the next 36
months.


Working with heads of education in both local authorities and primary schools,
Elms Sports in Schools offers children innovative ways to improve and further
their sporting and leisure education.  Not only does the programme, which
follows individual borough curriculum, address issues such as child obesity, but
it also enables schools to meet government targets on physical education and is
well placed to address issues that arise from the obligatory 10% 'Planning,
Preparation and Assessment' (PPA) time as stipulated by Central Government.
Importantly, its coaches, who are all fully qualified in their respective sport
and Criminal Record Bureau checked, work alongside staff in the school's PE
assessment procedures and provide individual assessments, which the school can
use to add to the report of every child.


Elms Sports in Schools, which has undergone an extensive re-branding exercise,
is fast covering all major London boroughs and is extending beyond into the Home
Counties from Cambridgeshire to Kent.  Notably, it is seeing a rapid increase in
holiday sports programmes, with local authorities providing Elms Sports in
Schools with venues and facilities to run daily coaching programmes.
