Oriflame International S.A.
("Oriflame" or the "Company")
The Board of Oriflame has noted the recent movement in the Company's share
price. The Board confirms that it is in early discussions with debt and equity
financiers and the Company's management which may or may not lead to a
reorganisation of the Company which would involve a buy-back of shares in the
Company and the ultimate cancellation of the Company's listing.
A further announcement will be made in due course.
