Oriel Resources Plc ("Oriel" or the "Company")
Holding(s) in Company

Oriel Resources Plc ("Oriel", or the "Company"), the London-based chrome and
nickel mining and processing company, announces that on 15 February 2008 it
received a notification given in fulfilment of the obligations imposed under
Chapter 5 of the Disclosure Transparency Rules by A&NN Properties Limited, that
it disposed of 43,569,928 or 6.84% of the Ordinary Shares of 1p each of Oriel
Resources plc.
The Company further received a notification given in fulfilment of the
obligations imposed under Chapter 5 of the Disclosure Transparency Rules by
Platinum Bow Limited, that it is interested in 43,569,928 Ordinary Shares
resulting in a current holding of 75,102,827 or 11.80% of the voting rights in
the Company. This follows Platinum Bow Limited's previous holding of 31,532,899
shares.
