Investee company N4 Pharma announces formation of scientific advisory panel

N4 Pharma Limited ("N4 Pharma"), in which Onzima holds a 49% equity stake, has
announced that its intellectual property partner OPAL IP has formed a
scientific advisory panel to provide advice and guidance on N4 Pharma's
reformulation projects, the first of which is its reformulation of sildenafil.

The panel is made up of Professor Karrar Khan, formerly Head of Pharmaceutical
Development for Boots Pharmaceuticals and Knoll, Doctor David Templeton, an
expert in pharmacokinetics and translational science, and Doctor Sean
McCrossen, an expert in pharmaceutical development.

N4 Pharma CEO Nigel Theobald commented:

"This is a very strong advisory panel which together brings over 90 years'
experience to our development programs. It will be a huge asset to help make
sure that our reformulations meet the requirements of industry and the
regulators and we are delighted that OPAL IP has been able to put together such
a strong team."

Great end to the week
Let's see if this momentum can carry through. Over 2.2m buys Friday with little sign of any sellers.

I think we have exhausted our sellers now at these levels. Likely a lot of the free float is in safe hands. Long period of consolidation that led to a very tight channel and now a sharp break out.

We may need news to get above the 2p level but a strong move to that point could now be on.

Can not be far off now for news someuwin, process of finding a partner started in May so we are now four months in.

There is also the other pharma investment that they eluded to. Rumours it is the ibuprofen patch developer Medherant.

NT is a director of the above company and they are seeking investment to take a well developed product further to market;

Final Results extract;

In order to diversify the portfolio we have also taken a significant stake in N4 Pharma Limited, an early stage but very exciting company within the pharmaceutical space. The market has reacted well to this position and we plan in due course to increase our exposure to this sector.

We believe that we are well placed to make some new and exciting investments and are already in discussions with a view to adding to the portfolio.

Personally I think he got warned off by the company, he had a clear agenda andleft in a very strange manner hence I think it was a polite request to shut the f@ck up or face further action.

After weeks of aggressive verbal posts from Fido, outlining the way ONZ's Future was going to pan out, he posted his last thread On the 2nd August, he gave a very contrite fare well post wishing all shareholders and posters on this board the 'very best of luck' the shares haven't done much since, in fact they have been very quiet. Is this the Fido effect! Who was he!!! does anyone know, was he part of the company. Did he have an agenda?

MM's seem very short of stock, they won't even deal in 50K normal market size chunks anymore. Tried a 50K fill or kill and it was refused.

Timing is everything here and this could be a really time to get in or back in. News on N4 is long over due and could land at any-time now we have the GM out of the way.

N4 are not lazing around on the beach.They are busy building a significant Pharma co.
