Looking lively today, we must be in the 'zone' for N4 news, NT gone under the radar somewhat which suggests a deal is perhaps being worked on.

If so hold on for the fun!

Just holidays I guess. Also rumours abound that they are all in a closed period, Nigel included so perhaps something significant being worked on.

Things have consolidated nicely and I suspect the next move up with news will not be long off.

OK, answering my own question. The annual report (issued 30 June) says that there will be an AGM held on 30 June, and a GM held on 19 August. There is no online record of the notice sent out to announce that the AGM would be held on 30 June, and I can't find my copy now (probably binned). I didn't notice any mention of a split AGM in that notice, but I guess I probably just skimmed the letter. I guess the company realised it could not get its annual results out in time.

I've just received a letter from Onzima telling me they are holding a general meeting on 19th August to:
1: receive the annual report
2: re-appoint the auditor.

Onzima had an AGM on 30th June. Does anyone know why we have the coming meeting, which looks as though it covers matters usually covered at the AGM?

I am not twisting anything because I don`t deny that Nigel said that but the way this is being twisted is that the RAMPERS are NOT saying what else he said like setting up a joint company between N4 and the new investment vehicle.
Therefore the RAMPERS are being highly selective in what they say.
