Cancellation of AIM Listing
Northern European Properties Limited ("NEPR" or the "Company"), which invests in
real estate opportunities in the Nordic and Baltic regions and Russia, today
announces its intention to cancel the admission of its ordinary shares on AIM.
On 18 December 2007, NEPR's ordinary shares were listed on Euronext Amsterdam by
NYSE Amsterdam. At that time, the Directors stated their intention to review
the Company's AIM admission in early 2008. Following completion of that review,
the Directors have decided to cancel the Company's AIM admission in order to
simplify its share listings and provide a single, liquid market on which its
ordinary shares can be traded. The cancellation is expected to take place at
7.00am on 28 April 2008.
A shareholder wishing to trade the Company's shares on Euronext Amsterdam by
NYSE Amsterdam must have or must open an account directly or by way of an
intermediary with an admitted institution of Euroclear Nederland and then elect
to transfer its shares to the CREST account of Euroclear Nederland. The shares
are listed under the symbol 'NEPR', with the ISIN Code JE00B1G3KL02 and Security
