Total Voting Rights


In conformity with the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, NSB Retail
Systems PLC ("NSB Retail" or the "Company") is required to notify the market of
the following:


At the date of this announcement, NSB Retail's issued share capital consists of
381,153,045 ordinary shares of 2 pence each and 34,508,249 special voting shares
of 0.01 pence. Each ordinary share and each special voting share carries the
right to one vote. The Company does not hold any shares in treasury. Therefore,
the total number of voting rights in NSB Retail is 415,661,294.


The above figure of 415,661,294 may be used by shareholders as the denominator
for the calculations by which they will determine their interest in NSB Retail
if they are required to notify such interest, or a change to such interest under
the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
