Notice of Annual General Meeting

Nostrum Oil & Gas PLC (LSE: NOG) ("Nostrum", or "the Company"), an independent oil and gas company engaging in the production, development and exploration of oil and gas in the pre-Caspian Basin, today announces that the Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2016 have been posted to those shareholders that have not chosen to receive electronic communications from the Company, together with the Notice of Annual General Meeting and associated form of proxy.

Pursuant to Listing Rule 9.6.1, copies of the Notice of Annual General Meeting and Form of Proxy have been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at http://www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM.
