Expiry of Appointment of Non-Executive Director

Nostrum Oil & Gas PLC (LSE: NOG) ("Nostrum", or "the Company"), an independent oil and gas company engaging in the production, development and exploration of oil and gas in the pre-Caspian Basin, today announces that Piet Everaert's appointment as a non-executive director expired on 19 May 2017 and as from that date he is no longer a director of the Company.

As previously announced the Company intends to appoint additional independent non-executive directors to the Board in due course so that in accordance with the UK Corporate Governance Code at least half of the Board, excluding the Chairman, is comprised of independent non-executive directors.
