ANNUAL REPORT AND ACCOUNTS 2010; NOTICE OF 2011 ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING; PROPOSED 
CHANGES TO ARTICLES OF ASSOCIATION 
 
In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.1, Northern AIM VCT PLC ("the Company") has 
today submitted to the National Storage Mechanism a copy of the annual report 
and financial statements for the year ended 31 October 2010 ("the Annual 
Report") and a Circular to shareholders including the Notice of the 2011 Annual 
General Meeting to be held on 11 March 2011 ("the Circular"). 
 
The Annual Report and the Circular will shortly be available for inspection at 
the National Storage Mechanism at: www.Hemscott.com/nsm.do 
 
Copies of the Annual Report and the Circular are also available on the NVM 
Private Equity website at www.nvm.co.uk/naimvctar2011 
 
A resolution will be proposed at the 2011 Annual General Meeting to amend the 
Articles of Association.  A summary of the proposed changes is set out in the 
Circular.  A copy of the proposed revised Articles of Association has been 
submitted to the Financial Services Authority in accordance with Disclosure and 
Transparency Rule 6.1.2 and is also available on the NVM Private Equity website
