Adjournment of General Meeting

The announcement issued by the Company earlier today concerning the adjournment of the General Meeting incorrectly stated the date for the adjourned meeting. The General Meeting will be reconvened at BNP Paribas House, 1 St Julian's Avenue, St Peter Port, Guernsey GY1 1WA at 10.00 a.m. on 10 January 2011 (not 20 January as stated in the earlier announcement).

Forms of Proxy already deposited at Capita Registrars will remain valid for the adjourned meeting. New Forms of Proxy may be completed and deposited at Capita Registrars, PXS, 34 Beckenham Road, Beckenham, Kent BR3 4TU or by hand to Capita Registrars, The Registry, 34 Beckenham Road Beckenham, Kent BR3 4TU (during normal business hours) not less than 48 hours before the time fixed for holding the adjourned meeting (i.e. by 10.00 a.m. on 8 January 2011).
