Pursuant to Disclosure and Transparency Rule 5.6.1R, New Star RBC Hedge 250
Index Exchange Traded Securities PCC Limited ("Hedge ETS"), hereby announces
that, at 31 October 2007, the issued share capital consisted of:

their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Hedge ETS under the
FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
