                           Compliance with Model Code

Pursuant to LR15.5.1(4) the Company is satisfied that all inside information
which the Directors and the Company may have in the period leading up to the
announcement of the Company's interim results for the six month period to 31
December 2007 has previously been notified to a Regulated Information Service.
Following the release of this announcement the Company is no longer in a close
period. Accordingly, dealings by persons discharging managerial responsibilities
are permitted and the Company is no longer prohibited from purchasing its own
shares.
