Just spoken to Jonathan, there is not a lot he could say other than that they would have some news in the New Year, and that the accounts will be done by the 31st of January and details of an AGM would follow at the same time. I asked if I should be positive or negative, and he said remain positive....

Targatarga, maybe but as a member of professional body he has to be seen acting correctly and his actions of late dont really show that, but I am clutching at straws !

outsourcer - problem is these people are unaccountable unless a crime is committed. Were seen as idiots for investing in penny stocks! regards

RR - 02074868985, I think it is the office of the Chartered Accountants that he is a partner at.

If I dont get a response, I think I might contact the ICAEW, which is the professional body he is a member of and see what they think of a qualified accountant acting in such a manner.

outsourcer - just find another dog to back, there are many out there. LDP is a good candidate. I brought in at 11p just before 5p rights. Just look at the dwindling charts...Don't worry about the management as their raking it in! regardsd

I wonder if the ICAEW (Chartered Accountants) would have any interest that one of their members Jonathan Cohen was a director of a company that has just had it listing cancelled and the treatment of it PI's
