                        Statement re share price movement 
 
 
NetServices notes the recent share price movement and confirms that it has 
received preliminary expressions of interest to acquire its managed services 
business, including its shareholding in WAN Services Limited, which represents 
all, or substantially all, of the Company's business and assets. 
 
 
If any of these expressions of interest were to proceed to contract, it would 
require the publication by the Company of a shareholder circular containing 
details of the proposed disposal and that upon completion of the disposal the 
Company would become an investing company pursuant to the AIM Rules for 
Companies. The approval of the Company's shareholders in general meeting would 
be required for both the proposed disposal and the adoption of the Company's 
investing policy. 
 
 
There is however, no guarantee that these expressions of interest will lead to a 
transaction. The Company will make a further announcement in due course.
