Acquisition of the goodwill of Technisolve Ltd

NBA Quantum PLC (AIM: NAQ), the specialist Management Consultant to the
construction and engineering, petrochemical, marine and associated industries, 
is pleased to announce that its subsidiary QIC, has acquired the goodwill of 
Technisolve Limited ("the Acquisition"), a small management consultancy firm 
for a consideration of £92,000 in cash.

Technisolve Limited provides management consultancy services to the construction
and engineering sectors, specialising in claims development and dispute
resolution.

The goodwill purchased comprises; business information, business intellectual
property rights, fee income (less costs) for contracts in progress for work in
the periods after the effective date of completion, current clients and
contacts, and records.

For the 12 months ended 30 April 2007, Technisolve reported sales of £216,000
and profit before tax of £33,000.

The Board believes that the Acquisition is complementary to the specialist
nature of NBA Quantum and its subsidiary QIC and is an ideal fit within the
Group's current business model.
