anyway, youve got till the 7th of march to sell on AIM if thats what your intention is. I can see the MM's deliberately dropping this 30% just to scare the PI's into selling now. Quite funny to watch.

thepro Exactly mate. people read it as if its de-listing, end of like alot of cr@p AIM shares do. Its nothing of the sort, just all trading now over on TSX. Buying down here and then having stock transferred to TSX is easy and guaranteed to make money too as there is a huge discrepancy now between the two values after this panic sell off this am.

Bring on a bid I say.

bought quite a few here at 21p.

lol, the market makers drop it, then barely let anyone buy, hoping for a few nubs to sell at 30% down.

You can just transfer your shares to TSX its easy, and sell them over there. Hardly end of the world.

NUS this is just an amazing price, really is. TSX listing. Its not bl@@dy de-listing as in de-listing, bye bye money and shares. If anything its good news. Cost cutting and more liquidity trading on just one market. Could it be paving the way for a takeover?

Thanks Waldron, have read the RNS details. This is a bit of a spanner. Some shareholders panic and sell up thinking it's the end of the world. Meanwhile MMs love it as they kick the sh*t out of the price...knowinging they'll make a lovely profit.

But for anyone that is unclear, it just means you will only be able to sell through Canadian stock exchange - which is very simple in today's globilised world!! All the big retail brokers will be able to help. G

Thanks Nash. I find there's always a bit of Co indigestion after mergers. Had a good one last year on PCI, and it's still flat lining. Though it'll be blooming fantastic later in the year for various reasons. As for broker targets - have given up paying any attention on them!

Waldron wouldn't trust ADVFN figs.

At end of Nov, company said as of end of Sept it had £57 mill/ C$90 mill in cash. Co Value today about £67 mil.

They haven't burned that much cash since. Meanwhile very little is in the price for expensive equipment or all the potential stuff in the ground - out there in the deep!

Question for now is whether Michael Bailey is going to buy at lot of shares. At the moment, it would appear that he was bluffing again. But still a great point to buy in.

not sure where you get your figures

Advfn gives just over 5p cash per share

NPV is no where near quoted figures

what we want is a positive future outlook over the long term

this will only come if PNG coughs up their investment portion

hopefully long before March end

They have 25p in cash. Their assets and equipment is worth multiples too. No way it should have ever got this low again after would be bidder put a sensible value on it, albeit it looks like its come to nothing. People said management and large shareholders would not accept such a low bid anyway and that was at 70p so why the hell people arent filling their boots at 32p I do not know. I am.
